On June 21st, our college celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm. Under the expert guidance of Sharath Sir, a special yoga session was conducted. We learned various asanas and breathing techniques that promote physical and mental well-being. The session was peaceful, energizing, and helped us feel more connected to our inner selves. It was truly a wonderful and memorable day, reminding us of the importance of incorporating yoga into our daily lives for a healthier lifestyle.
