“Vrikshasana to Bhujangasana – A Journey Through Asanas”

This week was very special because we conducted a Yoga Program in the school. As part of the session, I had the opportunity to demonstrate two asanas — Vrikshasana (tree pose) and Bhujangasana (cobra pose). It was a proud moment for me to perform in front of the students and also explain the benefits of these asanas for maintaining physical and mental well-being.
The students showed great interest in learning yoga, and I felt happy to contribute to their awareness of health and fitness. This experience not only improved my confidence but also helped me realize the importance of integrating such practices into school life.
